EL ENCANTO

El Encanto is the site of Phase I’s 12 suite eco-condo hotel and spa. Phase I is under construction with 33 treetop and beach villas and 5 luxury homes. Phase II allows for up to 25 duplex villa-suites to be incorporated under the management and rental program of a 10 bedroom hotel on Bahia Regina, to the north of the site.
